Salary: $25 per hour + tips

Summary:
Marie’s Bees, a 100% woman-owned, is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Marketeer.

The Marketeer will be responsible for setting up displays, selling products, and representing our company at farmers markets in either Snohomish County or Whatcom County.

Responsibilities:
– Set up and arrange attractive displays of our honey products at farmers markets.

-Engage with customers, provide product information, and assist with their purchase decisions.

-Keep detailed product reports. 

– Handle cash transactions, count back change accurately, and maintain a cash register.

– Lift and carry heavy items weighing over 50 pounds as part of the market setup and takedown process.

– Stand for long periods during market operations.

– Ensure a clean and organized market booth throughout the day.

– Represent Marie Bees in a professional and friendly manner.

Requirements:
– Previous sales experience is essential.
– Must not have allergies to bees, as the market booth may encounter bees.
– Must have a valid driver’s license and be over the age of 18.
– Proficiency in counting back change and basic math skills.
– Must have a cell phone for communication purposes.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Benefits:
