Oxymel Smoothie

    Ingredients

    • 1 cup mixed berries (e.g., blueberries, strawberries, raspberries)
    • 1 tablespoon Oxymel
    • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
    • 1/2 cup almond milk
    • 1 banana
    • Ice cubes (optional)

    Instructions

    • In a blender, combine mixed berries, Oxymel, Greek yogurt, almond milk, and banana.
    • If you prefer a colder smoothie, add ice cubes.
    • Blend until smooth and creamy.
