Roasted Broccoli with Romano Cheese
Serves 4
You will need:
2 tbsp olive oil
1 large head of broccoli, washed and cut in to lengthwise ½” strips. These do not need to be perfect. Use both the stem and heads.
1 tsp course sea salt
½ cup grated Romano cheese
Set oven to 425.
Line a cookie sheet with aluminum foil or parchment paper.
In a large bowl toss the cut broccoli, salt and olive oil. Spread the broccoli out evenly over the cookie sheet. Bake for 15 minutes.
Pull out of the over and sprinkle with the Romano cheese. Return to the oven for 6 minutes. Serve hot.
