Hawaiian Style Coleslaw

Hawaiian Style Cole Slaw

Refreshing, crunchy and delicious. This salad is great with burgers off the grill, seared fish or BBQ. 

Ingredients list:

1 medium head of Chinese cabbage (Napa Cabbage) shredded thin

2 tsp rice wine vinegar

2 tbls of vegetable oil 

juice of 1 fresh squeezed lime

1 small red onion minced

1 bunch of green onion minced

1 tsp salt

 

In a large bowl add all the ingredients and stir. Cover and place in refrigerator for one hour. Enjoy.
