Broccoli Salad

Broccoli Salad

Great side dish any time of year. Sweet and crunchy. Yum. 

4 cups of fresh broccoli florets 

1/2 cup of plump raisins

1 diced red onion

2 tbsp of honey

1 tbsp of mayo or plain yogurt

2 tbsp of Oxymel

1/8 tsp of celery seed

1 tsp of black pepper

1 tsp of salt

In a small bowl whisk together honey, mayo or greek yogurt, oxymel, celery seed, salt and pepper. Set aside. 

In a large bowl add broccoli, onion and raising. Mix the dressing in by hand. Cover and chill in fridge for an hour. Serve cold.
