Big Island Bob's Ahi Tuna
Each year we have been lucky enough to vacation on the Big Island of Hawaii. Our friend Bob is a very talented chef. He uses simple ingredients that will wow you every time. This recipe is simple, fast and healthy.
Ingredients list:
2 tbsp of Wasabi paste
2 tbsp of soy sauce
2 small ahi steaks
1/2 of a stick of butter
In a small bowl mix the Wasabi and soy sauce together. In a medium cast iron skillet heat up the butter on high heat. Once the butter has browned add in the Wasabi soy mixture. Add Ahi steaks. Sear until the outside is browned about 1 minute per side. The center should be nice and pink. Serve hot.
